Missionaries
These two people are very special to me. One reason is because they have been wonderful friends and examples to me in my life. They are kind, fun-loving, and know how to have a good time. But most of all, they make me laugh. I'm grateful they're both in my life! However, reason number two is perhaps more important. Both of these wonderful people are serving or will serve a mission for the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint (one in Florida and one in Mexico). The men serve for two years and the women serve for 18 months, both sacrifice time from their lives to share the message of hope and happiness available to all. To learn more you can go here. I am grateful for their willingness to go and serve and I'm grateful for the wonderful examples they are to me. I know the message they will be sharing with others is true and I am grateful for its influence in my life.

Being around a newborn give me an appreciation for human life-it really is amazing. I'm in awe that something so small can be so perfect. This cute little angel happens to be my cousin, but because of the age difference she feels more like my niece. In fact I love her so much that if she wasn't my Aunt's adorable baby-I might steal her :) Ok, I'm just kidding. But this little baby has me wrapped around her little finger.

Celia's Bridals
Weddings are so much fun! Each bride has her own style and because of that, every photo shoot is so different. When Celia told me her dress was going to be shorter than a traditional wedding dress, I was curious as to how it would turn out. But when I finally saw it, I was blown away. It was totally her! I couldn't picture her in anything but this gown. The only draw back to this gown, it was freezing outside and poor Celia froze. I'd take a few pictures and then she'd throw on her coat. Even with the bitting December weather, she was a good sport and even leaned against a cold brick wall. But it was all worth it because I love these pictures!

Merry Christmas!
I can't believe it's Christmas time again. I remember when I was younger, Christmas took so long to come every year. But now, it seems like just a few months ago we were doing festive things. Isn't it funny how things change? But one thing is for sure, I enjoy the season much more now than I ever have. I enjoy the decorations, the cozy feeling, the wonderful music, coming home, the fun parties, and the religious reasons as well. I find I'm more into 'experiences' than the presents.
Today, I was just enjoying the down time and I looked around and just had to take some pictures. There are so many family traditions that just make Christmas! For me, one of those are the fun decorations that fill our house during the holiday times.

Stephenson Family
What a fun family! Having a wide range of ages always adds more fun to family pictures. I always love to see the different family dynamics each family has and one thing is for sure, you can tell this family loves each other (dogs included). Family pictures are so worth the time and effort, especially when you get such cute pictures out of it. You can never go back and get those pictures again, people change, more grand kids come, and everyone gets older. So thanks for such a fun evening!
